Haven't updated to the new version. Experiencing the same problem though. Seems to connect. Seems to be getting data.
Then doesn't update.

Is there any way to download without getting into TC2000? I'd like to set up a timed script that does the download at around 6pm every day while I'm still at work so I don't have to sit around waiting for it to download and work thru all the criteria etc.

I noticed that it calls FileTransfer.exe, then ZipUtil.exe and then something else. Maybe if I call them myself . . .

Thanks,
