One more thing. Do not overdo the opening of the body. Start with just a 2-3 degree open move and gradually increase it. The less you get away from square the better off you will be. Also leave less of a likelihood of a over the top move. Double cross is not a good feeling.

I had that problem once ( I was only drawing or hooking the ball and could no longer fade it) and went to see the pro he gave me the simplist tip to correct. Once I started to fade it again I got my confidence back for hitting a fade at will. Put your left hand on the club in your usual position. Instead of your usual right hand grip, where it is an extension of the left hand down the club, overlap your right hand on top of your left hand. Your hands are still in the same position with reference to weak, neutral or strong, whichever you use, But, the best way to describe what I'm saying is that now instead of your "thumbprints" being about 4" apart, they are now in a position where you're putting about half of your right-hand thumb print on your left thumb's finger nail.

This makes a VERY dominant left hand, and you'll find it impossible to draw the ball with this grip. It also will not affect distance. Once you get back to being able to fade, you can go back to your normal grip and just relax your right side thru the shot to fade when required.

Good luck,

Jim
