Geo2 held a shareholders meeting in Melbourne yesterday. A copy of the Chairman's Address is at aircommunications.net

Quick summary of main points concerning developments:
Geowater has A$10M in prospective projects that are being quoted/tendered/trialed. A$7M is for IC-SEP liquid separators and A$3M for oil water separators and water treatment plants. These quotes/sales distributed over the next 6-12 months.

OIL WATER SEPARATORS
Averaging one sale every ten days, expect this rate to increase to one per day within the next year and then to climb rapidly as overseas markets buy the technology.

IC-SEP
Current book around A$7M, admit sales have been slow, now packaging the technology with other technologies to solve various problems and to create total process solutions i.e. Effluent process with Gulf-Tex and alliances with other companies.

GULF-TEX SLUDGE DRYER
Coupling IC-SEP with Gulf-Tex Sludge Dryer will be able to take wastes down from 98% liquid/2% solid to 20% liquid/80% solid. See a very large market in USA to treat around 150 million wet tons of sludge.

Already have expressions of interest. First 10 ton per hour plant being built in Texas at a cost of A$400,000 + IC-SEP at A$100,000...ready for testing in late June.

GEOTECH
4 billion CD's and 500 million DVD's made each year. CD market growing at 10-15% per year DVD's at 15-20% per year. DVD's use 3-8 ozs of gold per ton. Appox. 45% of all CD's and DVD's get recycled. Smelters can recover gold but not the optical plastic which has a sales value of A$2.00 per kilo. THE GEOTECH PROCESS CAN RECOVER BOTH THE GOLD AND PLASTIC. As far as Geotech is aware this is the only process in the world to do this.

Recently signed letters of intent with suppliers to delver 50 tons per week of high grade optical media scrap. A major U.S. media company doing an assessment. New plant has 100 tonnes per week of capacity.
