Greetings all, I'm new to posting on this topic, but am a huge fan of WBVN. I'm a hardcore customer who buys everything possible from WBVN and supplements with trips to the farmer's market (which I did when shopping at Safeway in the past too).

Bay Area service is spectacular, and isn't this exactly what a New Economy company is supposed to be?? Sure, it's not software and it's not virtual, but truly this is a better marriage of bricks and clicks (forgive me) than even Amazon.

I don't hold it against them, but on a per-order basis, their error rate is hovering at around 75%. Usually it's something small (didn't include item x, f'rinstance) and always is the error immediately corrected. Heck it's even better than the grocery store: if I buy apples at Safeway and one has a worm, I'm not taking it back. With Webvan, I send an email and get credited for the apple. Sure, it's only a quarter, but it means a lot to me.

Here's what I'd like Webvan to do better: include more free product samples-- we use them, and offer more premium items.

Stockwise, I believe this issue has clearly established a bottom at sub-5 recently. We are seeing some consolidation and reaction to the recent price jump. In the near term, I expect WBVN to be trading 9-11, breaking out to 16-19 as soon as October, depending.
