The Tektronix test equipment CMU-200 mainly supports GSM. Their site presents a very nice roadmap to 3G and also has some presentations on 3G. Their slide presentation is actually by Rohde & Schwarz. And the WCDMA test equipment looks like it will come from Rohde & Schwarz. They have a complex spectrum analyzer line that has support for W-CDMA, cdmaone, and IS-136. (The FSIQ family)

Its not quite as RF-Standard specific as the HP gear, the code power measurement is done in post processing on a separate PC. So, really think of this instrument as a capable I+Q analyzer with digital filters. The IQ memory is dumped out over ethernet to the PC. Not a specific WCDMA test and measurement tool. And the setup won't be quite as portable or convenient.
