Chirodoc,
I used to hear the same thing from the LU crowd...right before they paid 20 times sales for ASND. Price fluctuation is a poor method of judging a technology. Buy a wireless fund.

<>...in the last two months.......
the markets seem to be telling qcom investors something.

wonder what it is?

You have to always remember not to anthropomorphize 'the markets'. 'The markets' is not some central huge powerful omniscient being which tells people anything at all. Nor is it dispersed intelligence being the sum of all intelligences.

You can be sure that in the last two months, what 'the markets' are telling us is that people who don't understand what the hell is going on, or who are unlucky, buy when the price is too high or sell when the price is too low.

There are huge numbers of people who know little and understand less. So, when they get euphoric, they are still buying at high prices and when they get woebegone they sell. That's all of us, to a greater or lesser extent.

Do NOT depend on markets to do your thinking for you! They will NOT help you make an informed decision.

Maurice

PS: Don't let a slogan do your thinking for you.
