R.D., More or less as you said. No dividend. No floorless language. But no lock up, either. 10kwizard.com Lessee: $244 million/240,000sh/29.283=~$34.00/share breakeven for our new investors, who may convert at any time. Bought back my calls this morning, a bit early, it would appear. I see no news, so I wonder why the cratering continues. Cheers, Tuck
