Bill O'Riley on Fox last night - a Clinton critic - revealed that the IRS has audited him 3 years in a row. He thinks it is an attempt to intimidate him. He told officials of the IRS if he's audited again he's taking them to court. All of the women who have accused the President of sexual improprieties have been audited including Paula Jones who was audited for a year that the family make $37,000 - a statistical impossibility. Billy Dale was audited the year they attempted to destroy him. The list of conservative organizations being scrutinized by the IRA is long. This is nothing less than an attack - in some respects successful - on the First Amendment. It was pointed out in the show that one of the items in Nixon's Bill of Impeachment was that he merely threatened to have enemies audited. In fact not one of the people he is heard on the tapes to have threatened in this manner was ever audited during his years as President. Ironically, Nixon himself was audited while President.
