It's time for Russell 2000 deletions.

The Frank Russell Co. adds and deletes stocks on June 30. They have a list posted on their website with all the names expected to move.

Screening the list by hand, for stocks >$5 with negative EPS, bad charts, and with price/book and price/cash ratios that aren't signs of a value stock, I came up with a couple of stocks to consider:

KROG, MXM, CNQR.

If you're willing to short stocks below $5, there are many more to choose from.
