The press releases about QCOM from China are pretty amazing in the way they are changing. Could be pressure tactics by the Chinese to get a better royalty deal. Also, given the way the stock responds to the press releases, I wonder whether we are not witnessing some manipulation. I don't think the SEC can investigate very easily offshore accounts controlled by Chinese interests.
