Hi Steve - I ve followed, on and off, ECIL fundamentals for several years [no position at present.] It is one of those stocks that never got any respect from WS. Basically, what you ve said seems about right. 24 has been a strong support even when GS trashed it awhile back. OTOH, it is not getting as much respect as other networkers. Maybe its move into DWDM and wireless will change the perception, especially LU is buying Chomatis, a fellow Israelite co. best, Bosco
