ROFL...I love the part about the water....

I think JXM's mom uses that technique with him, too.
She keeps talking about limiting his pepsi intake...<g>

It is a good feeling as a parent to be complimented on your children by onlookers. (Makes the times we screw up as parents easier to cope with!!!) There have been times when we have been complimented on our children, when I am thinking they are a bit to wired. So then I wonder.....am I to strict or are other kids that wild?? I must say, we have some friends who's kids are so bad anymore in restaurants, that I don't even want to go out with them and the kids. (Which is tough cause we have done things together as families since the kids were infants..) Don't get me wrong, I know my kids are not angels

I like the idea of the transforming drinks...

We often give the kids the choice......soda or desert...most often they opt for desert. So it works to say that the desert is contingent on behavior.

Your 4 children were good at Macaroni Grill I tokk 3 of mine to Roadhouse last night. My 10 year old daughter pouted most of the dinner because I told her to cut her steak in littler pieces.
My two year old son had an allergic reaction to a peanut and vomitted.
My 4 year old daughter acted like an angel.
