What??? 3-4 minutes????I thought there was a big announcement that they were going to be somewhat lax on the know your client rule and things would be faster....Must have been window dressing Sapper...

If you are having problems with the WB try logging into the following link. Sometimes a server goes down and this will allow you to go to another server which is working.

So goes the story from Tech support and it has been working for me ever since. I now use this link to log in at all times.
