You're right of course, Rick. The amount of FUD in the press, and particularly on CNBC these days with regard to QCOM is just appalling. I just heard another inaccurate gloss-over of the China situation. Ugh.

Rick, I agree w/ you that the Chinese are simply manipulating the situation ruthlessly--and personally I infer from that they will indeed be going CDMA but they're going to get it as cheap as they want and rattle our/Q's cages as long as they can.

Short-term tho the uncertainty holds the stock down much as DOJ uncertainty did MSFT.

Maybe Senate approval of the trade agreement will make a difference--to the Chinese anyway. Who knows how they see us.
