Perhaps there are other deals in the works. There has been talk of Intel applying to build another fab in Israel and Ireland. Maybe they're not done with their expansion plans yet. I hope so. In recent years, has Intel ever had too much capacity? Better a fab too many than a fab short, IMHO.
