I believe Barrett said something to the effect supplies will be tight at least for the next year, while he was in China a week or 2 ago. If we take him literally, that brings us to around mid-2001. I personally believe that certain key drivers will help keep Intel demand "good" for the next few years at least: Windows 2000, Internet infrastructure build-up, overseas computer demand (e.g. China, Latin America,,,). Unless Alan hits us with a nasty recession, that is ;-(
