I remember when we first came to Canada about 25 years ago we had a hell of a time with our travel agent in India. We went to Delhi which was quite far from where we lived and paid a travel agent to buy airline tickets for us to come to Canada. My Dad was already in Canada so it was just my Mom, my brothers and I. The travel agent took our money but we never saw the tickets. After weeks of trying to get the tickets from him we found all of a sudden he stopped showing up at his office. So there we were in Delhi and he had our money and we had no tickets. So my uncle decided it was time to do business the way we do it in the village. He took a rifle and went over to his office and told his secretary that if the tickets weren't there for us to pick up the next day he was going to start using his rifle. Well that worked! Lola:)
