And an added benefit: if I see a signal appearing, and the RT quote has moved the opposite way, I can either wait, or get in at a better price than the signal price (here, the "art" of trading comes into play...).

I'm going to post a few links that I've found for software & Realtime data services.

I use QCharts for data, which I recommend and Metastock for backtesting, which is OK, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of these new programs are a better value for the money.

I'm not recommending these others, just offering a starting point for further investigation.
