Ray I don't follow the charts but I do follow all links and statements about MOGN. I am very LOOOOOONG MOGN. I do believe we will see more buy recomendations by those investment bankers involved with the secondary soon. There is a speculation that I think is worth considering, they are getting ready to buy something. The company wanted the money from the secondary bad enough to sell those shares during bad market conditions even thought they have no debt and already have about $25M. If the charts start moving there may be several fundamental reason behind it. good luck richard
