Yaacov. You are doing too well in the stock market to hang yourself. <G> I am with you on who we need for President. But in some cases you never know which way things will go. A Republican Sen. from Novell's home State held the first hearings on Msft. I guess you heard that he did not make it very far in the race for the Rep. candidate for Pres. Come to think of it, Novl did not do very well either lately. Luckily I jumped that boat in the 20's. The Msft story has not been fully written yet. Maybe the Judge comes to a decision next week, but it will take time and who knows, the internet may look a lot diff. by the time the appeals are over. BTW. One analyst put a target on Msft of 140 bucks. Some analysts say buy, some say sell, and some say hold or stay on the sideline. I may be a buyer pretty soon. I will be waiting for tomorrows unemployment number and see which way the wind will blow then. Maybe tomorrow may be a good time to pick up a cpl of shares. I bought for my grandchildren at 69 but I fig. it may be worth more by 2009. I am sure you read the 2009 conversations.dailynews.yahoo.com I had a lot of appointments the last cpl of days and have more on the calendar. And then my Wall oven went out and we have to lay new lines. There is always something. Not just in the stock market. At least the market was good to me while I had not much time keeping a good eye on it. Maybe that's the reason I did well. gg. I hear Seattle, Msft's home, is worried about this suit. A lot of people depend on Msft's workers there. Car dealerships, stores etc. And of course, a lot of businesses do not like this trend of going after business like this. Intel missed my target of 130 by "this" much. gg. I had opined that once Intel hits 130, it would most likely be off to the races. Sonny
