For breakfast you can sip the authentic Texas tequila sunrise.

1 tall thin glass of orange juice.
1/2 lime
1+ oz tequilla
Grenadine.

pour tequila and orange juice into glass, stir. Now the tricky part. squeeze the half lime and invert it (so the pulp is on the outside and the rind is in the middle, like a little bowl. Float this in the glass and fill the lime-bowl with grenadine. When the guest taps the lime with a swizzle stick it will invert, dump a blob of grenadine to the bottom of the glass, and the sunrise effect begins. Then drink it.

EDIT- use those thin skinned key-limes. A big California lime would sink like a rock.
