Comment: It has been a reasonably successful Intel ploy since October '99 with the PWeeIII 700 MHz misstart "botched gates" (TM: Bill Jackson) fiasco...No need to change that which works...After all, Dell is still a believer in the seeming relentless, if not desparate, Intel spins, if their current non-AMD stance is any indicator...
