ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Stock Market Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISMR), a Delaware corporation, announces the change of the Company's name to "VentureNet, Inc." The name change, together with a new ticker symbol (VNDC), will be effective upon regulatory approval.
Anastasios Kyriakides, chairman, stated, "We believe that our new name, VentureNet, and ticker symbol, VNDC, communicates our new attitude and approach to the future direction of the company."
The company also announced that it is suspending the effectiveness of its form SB-2 Registration Statement pending the completion of the anticipated stock exchange transaction with Michael Brette.
