Haim, isn't the stock market going to rise anyway? a number of WS strategists have promised it will...:)

agree on the Wash. brain supply problems. you should see the brains at work in Vienna if you want a good laugh...or in Berlin for that matter or Paris...

Well, if you want to put a monkey wrench into the election, you delay the China trade vote till October. That way, you have the labor unions on the Democrats backs and you make Clinton pass a smaller government budget.
