It couldn't be that way simply because the news would have made it out through other channels even IF CYBR were to hold that info. Channels... like Herb Greenberg, perhaps? Since you're such a wiz at searching that FDA site, you should have no problem producing a link to a copy of the full text of the notice the FDA sent to CYBR "notifying" them of the EHC 200's status, right?
