It's just great that Snyder of all people is the one initiating the de-FUDding of the W-CDMA proprietary issue. LMAOROTP. Chase will eventually be giving him a pink slip.

Mark Roberts was classy. But now is not the time for "classy." Qualcomm needs eloquent, knowledgeable, forceful spokesmen. Roberts' dignity doesn't help in a war.

I will again state that July earnings and the conference call will clarify a lot in the W-CDMA royalty/path to 3G area. Then is the time for dignity. Rock on!
