steve, <K and A speeds? K is Athlon and A is slotA Tbird?> Nice digging - as usual. For cost reasons, AMD has to support slot A parts all the way from 650-1000 MHz. It does not make any sense for AMD to have Slot A parts more than 1G. Now, let's see if you can find the motherboards for socketed parts before the weekend ;-) Chuck
