It's difficult for me to support the policies of a country which kills their people for simply wanting to leave. I find it barbaric, ruthless and evil. However, let me see if I understand you correctly. Are you suggesting that if the country did not kill its people for leaving, then they're obligated to allow the children to be with their parents. But, if a country has a policy of killing those who would leave, then they have no such obligation to allow the children to be with their parents? Michael
