Elmer-

Both 2-2-2 and 3-3-3 are still capable of bursting a "word" every clock cycle from open banks (with appropriate CAS pipelining). They will therefore have the same peak bandwidth. The x-x-x just refers to the Trcd (RAS to CAS delay), Tcas (CAS to data delay), and Tprecharge (precharge to activate) specs. The 2-2-2 stuff as described will have a lower latency from bank activate to data out and also a lower latency in dealing with page misses.
