Hi Jozef Halada; Re Micron's new SDRAM speed grade... The link you gave is for a CL-2 speed grade, which has been out for quite some time now. This is slower than the new Micron memory, which is only now available in samples. Micron said that they will be supplying it in volume, though, if anyone puts an order in for it.

This new type is called "CL2+", and is faster than CL2, by about another 0.5% per Micron's link:
