I guess I didn't make myself clear. I was referring to the rule 144 filings. SEG has had to file "proposed sale" notices when selling stock, but I think that requirement has now lapsed because they have been under 10% for 3 months.

The stock is certainly acting as though noone is dumping it. So presumably SEG sold the entire stake, or sold all that they wanted to, or slowed down enough not to depress the price.
