Re: What's your outlook for a day trade? Jump in at the
big open or wait for thing to settle down?

ajb,

Your guess is as good as mine. I'm at work, so I have no idea what's going on. I wish I was at home watching CNBC.

I'd think we'd rally into the close, but that may be dependent on the general markets more than anything else.

NYSE RESUMED <AMD.N> 90

No complaints here. Looks like we've settled back to 89 or so.

Check with Kash and Gopher, it looks like the 3 of you are trying to play the same game today and Monday.

Re: What's your outlook for a day trade?

ajb,

Trade at your own risk...

My guess: We made it 45 minutes and have traded between $88-90. It looks like we've broke below $89 a few times, but were right back up in a few minutes. Volume is hard to interpret on a day like today, but I think (??) 1.25 mil shares is pretty good. A drop below $88 would signal a further downturn, trading above $90 for more than 10 minutes could create a breakout to the upside. IF we can stay above $88 all day, I'd be looking for a very strong close, volume pickup in the last hour will push us up. As long as we dip below $89 and are pushed up right away, I'd stay in. Volume will be hard to interpret today due to general markets.

I'd be out if Naz dropped below 150 or if INTC dropped below $132.
