BGR,

Obviously someone is able to afford those homes. The argument is that someone making 100k cannot afford a nice home. That simply means that inflation is a problem.

It's all the fools that have stock options. In silicon valley they are paying cash for houses!!!! We have an office out there and even the mgr of our office can't sell his house because he can't afford to upgrade. BTW the same house that would sell in the Southern NH area for $125K with more land is selling for $275+ in silicon valley and they are tearing them down to rebuild them. It's crazy...
