Richard thanks, what would you use to short after this rally? any ideas? If Bob is right and the air continues out of this nasdaq balloon after this rally, wouldn't it be alright if you just bought USPIX at some point at or near the top and waited I believe based on Bob's comments in recent weeks this slowdown is taking him by surprise. He is basing this short-term rally and then further decline on the assumption rates will continue to go up in the months ahead and this probability is now lessening.
