I don't think Orckit has a prayer. Why don't they sue Lucent, Nortel, and Siemens, too?

I actually find it quite humorous considering Orckit is the one company that claimed it didn't need a license for ADSL/DMT. They fought it for years. Felt they could ignore paying fees everyone else in the world had agreed to pay.
