EnerCom, Inc., Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. and Oil & Gas Investor Announce This Year's Line-up for Fifth Annual Oil & Gas Conference

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 2000--EnerCom, Inc., Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. and Oil & Gas Investor are announcing this year's line-up for the fifth annual Oil & Gas Conference. Scheduled for Aug. 7-9, 2000, the Oil & Gas Conference showcases 26 of the leading independent exploration and production, and oil service companies operating in North America and abroad. For more information about the conference, or to register online, go to www.enercominc.com/togcm

Gregory B. Barnett, president of EnerCom, Inc., said, "Once again we are pleased to present oil and gas industry leaders in this popular investment forum. Robust commodity prices for gas and oil are stabilizing, making E&P investments very attractive additions to portfolios. Outstanding economics and powerful metrics are the catalyst for some of the best company presentations in recent memory."

Fred Sewell, president of NSAI, said, "At no time during my career have I seen as much volatility and opportunity as I'm witnessing today. This is an excellent time for operators and investors alike to benefit from well-informed and insightful decisions. The financial community, as represented by the attendees to the conference, is the ultimate judge of the quality of our work. That's why I'm excited about NSAI's association with EnerCom, Inc. and Oil and Gas Investor to help make the Oil & Gas Conference a world-class event."

"With the current high commodity prices yielding impressive cash flow, strong balance sheets and impressive earnings, the community of independent E&P companies is once again demanding attention from investors," said Brad Holmes, publisher of Oil & Gas Investor. "Capital budgets are on the rise, demand curves for both oil and natural gas are on the upswing and many stocks in the sector are undervalued. The Oil & Gas Conference is a great opportunity for investors to learn more about the leading independent E&P companies in North America. I'm excited about the conference and related events and our association with both EnerCom, Inc. and NSAI."
