Identifying the tornado is easier in some cases than in others. It is simple evaluating CDMA growth. It's not so simple evaluating EPG/IPG growth.

The evidence is even more compelling if you consider that GMST is only charging a $10 cpm at this time and has a huge surplus of ad inventory. If this trend is symptomatic we will have the best of both worlds (similar to what CREE should be experiencing) of large product sales growth x increased price per product = exponential growth above and beyond what we have now.

Certainly nothing is sure in this world but it does seem likely that the surplus inventory will continue to be sold and that the cpms will continue to climb as the surplus starts to sell and the audience numbers increase. This process should accelerate further as better targeting and interactivity start to reach a critical mass (in 2001 or 2002).
