Respectfully disagree. If Microsoft formed a Canadian corporation, merged the U.S. corporation with the Canadian corporation, and terminated the existence of the U.S. corporation, I don't think they'd be subject to the anti-trust law, at least with respect to a break-up order, although they'd still be subject to a fine. They'd have other legal problems, maybe. Canadian taxes are much higher, I think. Anyway, that's what I think without looking it up.
