that is true...seems to me that the term bear rally can only be applied to the move in the NAZ.

it's possible that another slight new failure high can be made in the SPX...heck, who knows really. i have to go by my indicators, and they are saying this won't last too long.

I hadn't really been paying attention, but it looks like we're have a developing Head and shoulders on the S&P dailys with a rising neckline at about 1380. Will be interesting to see what happens when that finally gets taken out.....
