I read somewhere that corporate mind set at Microsoft is that they aren't satisfied with 95% of the market, they want 99%, and it's reaching for that extra 4% that did them in. Little pigs get fed, big pigs get stuck.

It's amazing... their lawyers are supposed to shake them and say "hey, this is real"... they could have used a couple board members on the dole, or that have been in trouble with the law before... the government doensn't care about talk once it's mind is made up.
