An analyst on CNBC just said they had a target of between 150 and 200 on the stock..and said that all the companies using CDMA technology will have to fork up 5% to QCOM. That was what brought it out of the hole, but the fact is, the stock isn't too far from it's lows and it's a long way from it's highs. Mentality.
