Nice to hear from you Michael. As for the Orckit suit against Alcatel I only know what's on the surface. If they have any proof or evidence to support their charge I'd think it is a trade issue and the government would have received a formal complaint, also others would or will join in. It will be interesting to see the facts Orckit claims to have. SBC and the other RBOCs are in survival mode now and don't have an FCC to protect them from plain old competition anymore. Kind of neat isn't it? You take care and come by more often. Matter of fact you've not been over on the old thread either...I still lurk there you know. <g>
