Looks like oil service might have peaked for now. I hope not, because I still have some SLB.

LOL!

I'm having FUN in the oilpatch and sleeping better at night. Now that I have learned the lingo.....the abbreviations......who to trust/not to trust.....I can play the sector more like a trader instead of holding stocks for consistent but boring day to day gains! Actually in all honesty because it is a smaller universe of stocks in that sector its much easier to know what is going on all the time. The stocks tend to trade with the various indexes that are followed there. Having a blast knowing while I still daytrade the techs that I have some oil/ng stocks making steady gains for me in the background. Just wait for the next couple quarters when the drillers jack up the dayrates. And dont forget a gas shortage...its starting to happen NOW. Look for $2 gas soon.

In the meantime, I've been trading the usual suspects but not holding anything overnite for the most part. My most profitable trades late have been from ISLD, ADAP, LPTHA, COVD, ADIC, MOT, ERICY, CSCO...etc.

Enough! Have a great weekend.

Jane:-)
