Doubtful. It would help if Gates said they were considering a move, though. To my knowledge they haven't said that yet, but I have not been following too closely.

John it seems the DOJ saw something they liked in MSFT latest brief. They asked TPJ for extra time in a closed meeting with him and MSFT present according to WSJ online. They may see room for settlement?
