Some of the CEO's shares had been used as collateral for his personal trading account; when the market tanked he got a margin call; hence his shares were sold.< and no biting on this board Inspector! rk.net really, no offense was intended. you see, three of us here are ex-pats from the Comverse board, so calling someone an idiot, moron or Ambrose is used loosely and with great affection. regarding "for kicks," that was indeed a semantical blunder on my part. would you have preferred "17M were added to the float cuz the CEO got kicked in the ass?" frankly, given the plethora of other companies out there, i really have a hard time comprehending why anyone would put their hard-earned booty in TRAC. but i do love your moniker. firm handshake, -chris.
