Jill, Nokia shielded me from severe market declines as I had moved a lot of money in nokia and NT. After a while, i put more into NT, reducing NOK. Now it is still one of my top 5 (don't know how to factor in options holdings to determine the size of my position in the stock).

I had no success with short term NOK options in May or April!!..but i am not going to give up. <g>
Hold a considerable position July 50s, 60s and leaps.

The fact that the options are cheap make them a good bet. All we need is one big contract announcement by the company and this stock could easily gain 4 or 5 dollars. The fact that they show no inflation is a good reason to buy them. Maybe leaps on NOK are also a good idea. I still think that once it breaks 60, it will keep going.

I have not checked on my JDSU june calls... i think they are probably worth about $12.... bought for an average price of about $1.50. I bought the calls just as the SDLI gains along with ETEK shareholder vote hit. I would say I got lucky in a good market.
