the bill didn't pass in the fall. there will be a cap on iras in the new bill. there may be a cap of $100,000 over what you paid for the house. Buy a house for $1,500,000 and only $1,600,000 is exempt. Fraudulent conveyance is difficult to prove. If you buy the house and live in it before you get in big financial trouble you should be ok
