Tim,

Someone posted that the ruling was due within 45 days of the original announcement (which is right about now.)

Tim,

45 days from the day the announcement was made public (4/24, I believe) would be June 8. If I remember correctly, however, I think this date is for the ITC to simply say whether or not they'll allow the case to be presented, or something like that. I doubt they've had time to hear the legal arguments from both sides, as well as do the research they might need to do. If they say 'aye', I believe we still have a considerable period of time ahead of us before a final determination is made on whether Hitachi is violating RMBS patents or not. If they say 'no', then the RMBS lawsuit against Hitachi ends then and there. At least until RMBS files some modified version of it, I suppose.

Anyone remember differently?

Dave
