We have plenty of things that may not work the way thing do in the US and plenty of idiots like Prodi, but we have things that you can't have nor ever will! When we send our kids to schools, we don't have to worry that they come home dead when some sick kid decided to shoot his class mates (if that is not a sick society, I don't know what?) We don't live in Police State!!!! Our police don't stop citizens at will, or harass them, or rape them with beer bottle! When our leaders screw thier secretaries we don't want to know, and we don't impeach them. We even give them medals and worry if they don't! We don't have race riots where half of town are burned, or state of emergenencies have to be declared! We don't have five guns per each citizen, nor we have folks that play cowboys and Indians in the woods and then shoot at the Federal troops! I can go on forever. Goldnow, I am suprised that you have such a distorted vision of Western Europe. Pls. Now you may want to tell me about Bosnia, Kossov, etc. but that is not Europe. There is skin is white, thats all!(and that is just by pure chance, they should speak Turco-Tatar, or do they?) Well the Europe we know runs from Triest to trough German and Austrian bondries.
