Yes, if a trade on the QQQs (for example) has 20% upside left maximum and you are in a combined tax bracket in the 40s then your upside is 12% with market risk. Not a very appealing proposition considering you might have to wait a month or so to achieve that goal with no guarantees.

been listening to archive shows I missed while out of town. Heard enough to make a trade into QQQ this morning at 90 5/16. will have to decide down the road whether to grab a quick profit or wait for Bob to indicate the rally is pooping out.

Then will have to decide on deftly switching to short hedges. If Bob wasn't so good I wouldn't have to worry about all this stuff<g>
